You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Once your order has entered the production phase, which typically begins 24 hours after the order is placed, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
Returns & Refunds
All Sales Are Final: Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are considered FINAL once shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives with significant damage.
No Buyer's Remorse: Please note that we do not accommodate returns for reasons such as a change of mind or ordering the wrong size/color. We encourage you to review your order carefully before finalizing it.
Damaged Items
We do our utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination. If your order arrives damaged, please follow the steps below:
Keep All Packaging: It is crucial to keep all original packaging materials.
Contact Us Immediately: Please contact us at support@bettermelab.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of both the damaged product and the packaging.
Further Instructions: Our customer service team will review your claim and provide you with further instructions.
Return Shipping
*NOTE: We do not provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns. Should a return be authorized (e.g., for a damaged item), you are responsible for the shipping costs to send the product back to us.
